The following Policy (the "Privacy Policy") sets forth the commitment of iWorkwell, Inc. ("iWorkwell") to protecting your privacy. The terms "you" or "user" refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the iWorkwell website and co-branded versions of the iWorkwell website (the "Site") for any reason.

iWorkwell wants to provide a safe, secure user experience. We will use our reasonable efforts to ensure that the information you submit remains private, and is used only for the purposes set forth herein. By using the Site or any services provided through the Site, you expressly consent to the use and disclosure of information as described in the Privacy Policy. iWorkwell reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change or modify all or any part of the Privacy Policy at any time, effective immediately upon updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Privacy Policy.

User Information Collected

Some of the areas of the Site are freely available to all visitors. We gather information about all of our users collectively, such as what areas are most frequently visited, in order to determine how we can create a better overall experience for you.

Additionally, the Site uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, should any arise, and to administer the Site. An IP address can tell us the user's Internet service provider, and based on that, can suggest the geographic location of the connection.

Use of certain areas of the Site requires user registration. Our registration form requires each user's contact information, including a business email address, organization name, job title, phone number, zip code, country, and password. During your visit to the Site we may also ask you for other information including, but not limited to, your industry or professional interests, in an effort to better match our information, products and services with your needs. In some instances when you sign up for a service or purchase a product we may need more specific information about you, your billing address, your banking information, etc.

Disclosure of Information

Except as described in the Privacy Policy, we do not disclose information about your individual visits to iWorkwell, or personal information that you provide (described above), to any outside parties other than the organization that paid for the iWorkwell Membership, except (i) to protect iWorkwell, our users or others, or (ii) to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. We may, however, record and share aggregated information with our partners. Also, if you input your information on a co-branded registration page, such as that of iWorkwell and a partner company, then your information becomes the property of both iWorkwell and that partner company. In that instance, the use of your personal information by the partner company will be subject to the privacy policy of that company, and iWorkwell is not responsible for their use of your personal information.

Updating User Account Information

iWorkwell allows you to change or correct your personal information at any time. To do so, simply log into your iWorkwell account and you will find options for editing the information you have submitted. Your individual iWorkwell account can be deleted or deactivated. Doing so will result in your inability to access any members-only areas of the Site. (Note that this is not the same as unsubscribing or canceling a Corporate iWorkwell Membership, which remains subject to the payment obligations and other conditions specified in the purchase process.)

Cookies

To enhance your iWorkwell Site experience, we use a feature on your Internet browser called "cookies." Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your computer's hard drive. We do not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information from your computer. We use cookies for remembering user names, passwords and preferences, etc. Through the use of cookies we can deliver faster service, consistent, updated results, and a more personalized Site experience. If you choose, you can set your web browser to reject all cookies or to notify you when a cookie is being sent. However, please be aware that doing this will hinder performance and negatively impact your experience on the Site.

Children's Guidelines

iWorkwell is not intended for users under 13 and does not specifically collect information about children. If you are concerned about your child's use of the Site, we encourage you to monitor your child's access to the Site, through parental supervision or using web filtering technology.
